How We Price

We estimate and charge by the hour. This gives us flexibility to adapt to your needs as a project progresses, while we aim to not significantly exceed estimates without mutual agreement. We offer tiered rates designed to balance multiple clients’ priorities, providing the flexibility to focus on short-term needs while promoting causes we believe in.

• Standard Rate
  Suitable for part-time projects over a few days or an extended period; supports scheduled check-ins Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (Sydney time), with weekly or fortnightly progress updates as agreed.
• Low Priority Rate
  Have a project that’s less urgent, or with fewer time constraints? We’ll make regular progress, but check-ins may be ad-hoc with limited business-hour availability.
  We prioritise availability of this rate for arts organisations, social enterprises, and not-for-profits.
• High Priority Rate
  Have an urgent time-bound project, or you need us available on specific dates and times? Get in touch and we can prioritise. Day rates and/or out-of-hours coverage available by negotiation.
